All athletes MUST register in the athletic registration system, select the desired team for that season/year and have a current physical/concussion form to try-out or participate.
A registration account only needs to be created one time. After that initial registration account is created, only the sport/activities need to be selected and current physical form uploaded on a yearly basis.
How to register for sports tryouts
If you have already registered in the NRCA athletic registration system be sure to log in to registration system again and select the sport/s for the current season/year that you are trying out for. A current medical exam form signed by a physician and a concussion form must be uploaded to the registration system on a yearly basis.
Click on the ATHLETICS tab at the top of the NRCA homepage
Click on the ATHLETIC REGISTRATION tab at the top of the page.
Scroll down the page to the icon with sports balls that is labeled ACTIVITIES TEAM REGISTRATION. Click on the icon and create an account as a new user. Follow the steps to register the athlete for each sport that they will try out for.
The physical is good for 13 months from the date of the physical. Coaches will have access to contact and medical information listed in the registration system in case of an injury or medical emergency. The registration system will send you a reminder via email 1 month before the physical/concussion forms on file expire.
***Physicals that were physically turned to NRCA athletic office prior to 10/1/2019 are still on file and don't need to be uploaded until that physical expires. Registration must still be completed even if the physical is held on file in the athletic office (skip uploading the physical and entering the date as the athletic office with manually do so since they are on file)
